Hockey Challanges and Exchanges Compiling

2minsforslashing about finding and making a list of all the exchanges and challenges that are running, or have run recently in hockey fandom. Obviously fandom is super spread out now, and hockey isn't any different, so I thought a way to combat that would be to compile a list of all the exchanges/challenges I could find, and some of their key details, so that people can find them in the future!
If you know of any challenges/exchanges, or run one yourself, could you help me out and leave a comment there? There's a quick form you can copy paste into comments.
